I am so pleased that many of you found the time to join me in recorded audio meditation sessions.  I know it’s not easy to manage our time but it’s critical for our stress response and to remind ourselves to love ourselves.  Here’s a recap of the Facebook Meditation 10 days of recordings of all different styles.  You may find it helpful to bookmark this page.

I’ve found practicing first thing in the morning, after I wake up, to meditate to one of these audios, BEFORE I check my emails and technology.  I hope that you find these helpful as well.

#1. Loving- Kindness Meditation-  one of my favorites and less than 15 minutes.

#2. Body Scan Meditation – This Body Scan Meditation is less than 3 minutes. I enjoy this when I’m on the go.

#3.  Developing Joy and Peace–  This is a 17 minute meditation that I use for mindfulness and relaxation. I think there are birds in the background☺️ which I really enjoy.

#4.  Calling on your awakened heart – This is a meditation over 20 minutes.

#5.  Progressive Muscle Relaxation. This may be easier to do lying down. I found it a bit challenging sitting cross legged. This is about 17 minutes but helps me identify with tense muscles and relax them.

#6.  Working with difficulties.  This is a shorter meditation to focus on working with difficulties.

#7.  Sleep Meditation– to help with falling to sleep and feeling restful.

#8.  Golden Light Guided Meditation–   this is a special meditation by a healer that I have been drawn to recently. James Van Praagh focuses tremendously on the soul life. This will have a different tone than many of the other meditations but offering you diversity.

#9.  The S.T.O.P Practice- creating space around reactions.  This audio is brief but very instrumental in helping us to STOP and redirect our reactions.

#10.  Healing & Relaxation Meditation. This is approximately 15 minutes and offers another option to support healing.
