Westmark, PhD, and her team at the Waisman Center for Developmental Disabilities at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, pull no punches when they warn, “These results have important implications for individuals on soy-based diets.”

The research was conducted with mice in a controlled setting.  When the mice were fed soy-based chow for three days, “wild running” and “seizures” were the result.
