Gluten Sensitivity: from Gut to Brain

PubMed published this recent scientific peer-reviewed journal entry on the direct causal relationship between gluten sensitivity and neurological disorders.
Explaining that celiac disease in which the body attacks the intestinal tract is only one identifiable result from consuming gluten.  The body can indeed attack other tissues and organs as a result of an excessive sensitivity to gluten.

PubMed published this peer reviewed scientific journal that revealed that 1/3 of all children diagnosed with celiac disease presented with neurological symptoms.
