I love new beginnings!  I also love appreciating what I’ve completed in the past.  This past year has been filled with much learning, successes and challenges.  All great!  The learning has come from mentors, other practitioners, my clients and always my family.  The successes have been extraordinary, including helping families find the right tools so that (in some circumstances) the seizures stopped. Woohoo!   I’ve also had tremendous successes with helping women balance their hormones, get rid of hot flashes, sleep through the night and improve their energy.  I’ve helped other clients (men too!) find tools to promote healing from GERD, thrombosis, sleepless nights and other gut problems.  The challenges have come from identifying that each of us are individuals with individual needs and making sure I identify what those specific needs are.  For me, that’s the grappling but fun part.  I’ve learned that I love connect the dots.

My plans for 2016 are even better.  I’m excited to expand my Nutrition for Seizures site, to interview incredible practitioners on Kids Health issues (check me out on itunes Kids Health 101) and to bring to you recent research and great results.

I can’t wait. I believe great things will happen.

Be well,

Lynn
